For private patients

Dental emergencies during open hours:
Please simply call reception on 01865 241661, and you will be given the first available appointment as a priority case.

Emergencies outside open hours:
Call the main practice numbers (01865 241661 or 01865 241662) and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, call the exclusive emergency telephone number we gave you when you registered as a new private patient to access dental advice and the first available appointment as a priority.

Emergencies when you are unable to get to Clinic 95:
If you cannot to get to Clinic 95 you can either call for the dentist's advice using the priority number or you can access the NHS help line. 
Dial 111 (or call the local area team, numbers online), to get an appointment with a nearby out of hours dental provider.

For NHS patients

NHS Emergency dental treatment - during our clinic open hours:
Should you experience a dental emergency during our normal clinic opening hours, please call us.  The receptionist will give you the first available appointment that day with an NHS dentist.  All registered NHS patients with an emergency are required to be seen within 24 hours, and reception will endeavour to allocate the first available appointment.

NHS Emergency dental treatment - out of hours:
If you experience an emergency and need to access dental services outside of normal surgery opening hours, please call the NHS ‘Urgent Out of Hours Service’ by dialling 111.   The 111 service, commissioned by NHS England, is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per week.

NHS Emergencies – new patient first visit:
If you are not registered with us as an NHS patient, do still call us – we will always try to find you an appointment. If we are unable to offer you an emergency new patient appointment, the receptionist will recommend calling the NHS line 111 to find an alternative provider.
