The Same Day Teeth Procedure at Clinic 95

While every patient is unique, the Same Day Teeth journey at Clinic 95 typically follows these key stages. Between steps 4 and 5, you’ll attend 3 to 5 short appointments lasting approximately 30–45 minutes each.

1. Your consultation
Your journey begins with a personal consultation with clinician Maria Hardman. This is your chance to ask questions, learn more about how Same Day Teeth can transform your life, and determine whether this advanced treatment is right for you. Maria will also carry out a brief dental examination to assess your suitability.

2. Detailed assessment & imaging
Next, we gather precise clinical data using a CT scan and digital diagnostics to create a detailed 3D plan of your treatment. This includes a virtual implant placement mapped with exceptional accuracy. This stage typically takes around one hour. We then take up to two weeks to finalise a fully customised treatment plan designed around your needs.

3. Your treatment plan
Once your personalised plan is ready, we’ll meet again to talk you through every detail from treatment steps to costs and payment options. If you choose to proceed, we’ll begin preparation, which may include impressions of your mouth, bite recordings, and selecting the shape, size, and shade of your new teeth crafted by our Dental TechnicianJohn Davies.

4. Surgery day - your new smile begins
On the day of your procedure, we typically start early in the morning. Treatment is often performed under intravenous sedation, delivered by a consultant anaesthetist, to ensure your comfort. Maria will place your implants precisely, and Sam will adapt a beautiful set of temporary fixed teeth that have already been designed in advance, which Maria will fit. After just a few hours, you’ll head home with a brand new smile natural-looking and secure.

5. Your final, permanent smile
Two weeks after surgery, we’ll see you for a review and within the first month you will have a scheduled appointment with our hygienist, who will guide you in caring for your implants. A few short follow up appointments help us monitor healing. Around three to four months later, once your implants have fully settled, we begin crafting your final permanent teeth over 3-5 visits. At this stage, we can fine tune the fit, position, and colour. Your final bridge will feel strong, stable, and completely natural just like healthy, real teeth.
